Industrial Steel and Reclaimed Marble Kitchen Island/Work Table

This is an example of a custom built industrial kitchen island / work table made in house at JoJo’s. It is constructed of round steel tubing, angle iron, cast iron couplings and reclaimed marble. It has a removable steel latice shelf and the top is made up of a large piece of Victorian Marble. The marble top means that this piece is ideal for rolling pastry. However it can be used for any sort of kitchen prep work, as well as a terrific place for several people to have drinks or share a meal.

The combination of the industrial steel base, and the Victorian Marble makes for a very striking and unusual kitchen piece indeed!

Antique Wrought and Cast Iron Beds

Here at JoJo’s we love our Antique Iron beds!

Beautiful, Durable, Functional, they really are the embodiment of functional art.

Most of the beds we have are a hundred years old, or older, they still do the job they were built to

to do. A job which in many instances can be more demanding than holding up a vase of flowers….

Another virtue is the fact that the negative space inherent in the design of iron beds means they take

up much less visual space. Iron beds look very good in even the smallest of bedrooms.

Over the years at jojo’s we have owned hundreds of iron beds, we’ve seen more, we’re still seeing beds we’ve never seen before. The diversity of design from dead simple, to over the top ornate, means there really is something for everyone. We have a changing supply of iron beds suitable for singles, doubles or Queens.

Contemporary Square Tube Steel Framed Table with Reclaimed Fir Top

Shown is the four legged square tube steel table with matching bench. These tables have a rather sleek and contemporary look about them. As with all of our steel tables, they are available in a variety of finishes. Natural (pictured), hand buffed and then waxed, Spray Painted, or Powder Coated.

One of the tops is made of reclaimed Douglas Fir, the other is a two board bookmatched top made of B.C. pine. The tops for any of these tables can be made from the wood of your choice, and in a variety of stains and finishes. Hand rubbed oil and wax, sprayed lacquer or poly, you choose.

Industrial Steel Y-Frame Table with Reclaimed Wood Top

These are a couple of examples of our custom built industrial steel y-frame tables with reclaimed wood tops. Both tops are made of reclaimed Douglas Fir.

In one instance the top has a medium texture, in the the other it is quite heavily textured. These are the sorts of features you can choose.

The steel y-frame with heavy cast iron couplings is one of our most popular designs.

It has a strong industrial look with the castings, steel gussets, and visible bolt heads, as well as an interesting visual configuration.

These tables can be made to your specifications.
